The resort fee (payable at check-in) covers the high speed wireless internet, parking, local phone calls, the fitness centre and scheduled shuttles to the theme parks.

The concierge team are available throughout the day to assist with questions about the local area and how to get about.

The large outdoor heated pool is located next to the welcome centre. The pool complex provides separate areas for all ages.

A unique splash area keeps the little ones entertained and cool in the summer sun. The main pool area has space for adults to cool off or do some laps or take a dip in the splash pool that lies adjacent to the main pool.

For guests wanting a quieter pool experience a second pool with Jacuzzi is available.

The Floridays Resort offers room service and has a cafe, with cook to order pizza's for all of the family to enjoy!
