When can I book my restaurants?
Disney Hotel customers can book restaurants up to 12 months before arrival.
Non-Disney Hotel customers can book restaurants up to 60 days before arrival.
Can I view menus and prices in advance?
Yes, menus (including allergen info) are available in the app.

Can I book reserved area for fireworks on the Disneyland Paris app?
Yes. Reserved fireworks can be booked 7 days before arrival
Do I need the Disneyland Paris app to enter the parks?
No, but the app is highly recommended. You can access tickets, park maps, wait times, and restaurant bookings all in one place.
Can I store my park tickets in the app?
Yes. Digital tickets and hotel bookings can be linked to the app for easy access. Park tickets for Disney packages will appear 7 days before arrival (only Disney Hotels)
Can I add multiple references in one app?
We do recommend to add 1 reference to each mobile app
Does the app show live ride wait times?
Yes, wait times are updated in real time throughout the day.
Can I see which rides are closed?
Yes. Temporary closures and refurbishment information are shown in the app.
Can I create a personalised itinerary?
You can favourite rides, shows, and restaurants to plan your day more easily.
Is the app free?
The app offers plenty of free features, including wait times, show schedules, the interactive map, and restaurant menus. Some services, like buying Park Tickets, Disney Premier Access, or pre-ordering food, require secure online payment.
Do I need to have a Disney Account to use the app?
You can use the Disneyland Paris app without signing in to your Disney Account. You will need to sign in however to buy Disney Premier Access, get tailor-made recommendations with your Disney Picks and to access other personalised content.
Do I need to enable location services for the app to work?
Some app features require access to your location in order to function correctly. You must enable your location services to show your location on the interactive map and to see nearby attractions, restaurants and boutiques.
Is Wi-Fi available at Disneyland Paris?
Yes! There's a free Wi-Fi network available to join in Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, the Disney Hotels and in certain parts of Disney Village.
What languages is the app available in?
The official Disneyland Paris mobile app is available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Danish, Dutch and Portuguese.

Yes, you can get directions between attractions inside the parks.

Yes, hotel bookings, meal plans, and extras can be viewed when linked. Dining booked by MagicBreaks will be displayed on here within 7 days of arrival
Does the app show Extra Magic Time details?
Yes, eligible guests can see Extra Magic Time schedules.
